We consider this a mainstay to any skin care regimen.  It is great to prevent and manage mild acne breakouts, smooth out rough and reduces fine lines and wrinkles.  It also is a great skin prep prior to any skin procedures, as a way to have better results and less downtime.  Depending on the situation, it can be used once or twice daily.
