New Clients: We like to connect with you prior to your first treatment, whether it is in person or virtually. This ensures we make the best suggestions for your unique needs. All patients will need to complete a few questionnaires prior to your first appointment (we email them to you ahead of time), Some treatments can be done on the same day, depending on the time and what needs to be done.

​Returning Clients: We know you are our best advertisement, so thank you! And every time you send us a friend, we give you a little gift (make sure your friend says your name!) You may also have questions or new concerns (or want to know about the new services we have added!). We are more than happy to give you a new evaluation — just let us know when you book your next appointment, so we have time to discuss these with you.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the number of last-minute cancellations. We will be implementing a $50-100 deposit based on the service booked. We will require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel any appointments. If you need to cancel for any reason including an emergency the non-refundable deposit will be kept. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our schedule and providing the best service to all our clients.
